Where did you wire yours into? I've tried two different fuse locations recommended on here and one gave me a check engine light/ killed the cruise control and kept the traction control off and the other kept them on well after the truck was turned off. Thanks.

Skinny is my thoughts too. Figure since I won't be able to do tires, lift & armor all at once it will be the biggest bang for my buck in terms of off road perfomance/clearance to start. Then armor and then lift.

:facepalm:Nobody told me that Mobtown steel plates are great mud scrapers, dang this is just a small part of it and there’s tons more. Will take all the plates off and clean everything and put them back on. It has been raining a lot since we got back from our fun offroad trip, and my truck keeps making a huge pile of sh... uh, mud in the driveway. No wonder why nobody’s tailgating me in the rain!B2AD91A0-F52E-43DB-A825-4CEBED2915ED.jpg
Oh yeah, that’s not powder coating on the plate, it’s my paint job coming off because of all the mud hitting it. Looks like I have to repaint the plates as well. It could’ve been worse, the trip could’ve not been fun but it was worth it!

Took her in for her 6 month / 6,000 mile checkup. She was filthy. Covered in dirt and yellow pollen. The nice lady asked if I wanted them to wash her. i said sure. Free truck wash. Saved me the time and trouble.

I got my pro skid plate painted up and reinstalled. I wanted to make it match the rest of my trucks look :D since I know people will ask, the paint is just krylon fusion matte black and a Cement paint match pen from my local dealer. And no it will not hold up well but I don’t care, I’ll just hit it again if I need to!FCA41991-59F7-4A24-9557-075BB2E00745.jpg

What a great idea, I should ask my dealer for a free car wash too!

She’s still got a few dumps to take, mud is packed underneath the engine, what you see there is only part of the rear plate!
