Picked up a 2020 Tacoma Pro today and noticed the back door and rear windows are darker than the front door windows. Is this tint that protects against heat and UV rays or just darker colored glass that doesn't protect against UV rays? Thanks!

The rear door and back glass are tinted. Not sure about UV.

Unless the dealer installed tint it’s colored glass that does nothing for heat just privacy

Its "dye" glass. no UV protection. ask for ceramic tint all windows.

Ceramic is the best way to go for tint. Keeps heat out very well

Anybody know the VLT% on the front windows to match if I decide to go 45%VLT over the rear doors & sliding back window?

I live in AZ get the Ceramic. I have regular tint on my Tacoma and Ceramic on my wife's car and it works way better , to the point Im thinking of redoing the Tacoma (was this way at the Dealer)
