This isn't working quite how I anticipated...

I was sure this was taken on the Kingston Peak trail at the James Peak hiking trailhead. That's Little Echo Lake on the right and James Peak on the left in the background, for sure.

Have you been there recently? I’m a little afraid that there will be long lines...

As of Tuesday, no long lines but no TP or chicken, for reasons that are not quite clear...

I guess I didn't make any specific rules, but I would think trail name should be sufficient. Doesn't have to be the exact location. :notsure:

Power sliding rear cab window retrofit
@Squeaky Penguin McClellan Mountain a few years ago. This is the result of me being a jackass and hitting a trail solo that I'd never run before. The drift covered the width of the trail, no lockers so I had trouble getting traction in the slop. If I'd known I was so close to the summit I would've backed down before the drift. Made it almost all the way through, reversed, tried again, no deals. Reversed and the rear started stepping off trail into cantaloupe sized granite. Kept trying to self recover, kept stepping further down the side of the mountain, and ended up a full track width off trail. Was lucky enough to have cell signal, got a hold of CO 4x4 R&R, they dispatched someone to pick me up that evening within a few hours of calling and coordinated a team to recover later in the week. Hope I never need their help again, but I honestly can't say enough good things about that organization.
