Sorry about all the questions but I just picked up a 2020 Pro and can't figure some things out.

My screen is split into two, one side has audio and the other has navigation. I hate this! I went through all the settings, and owner's manual, and cannot figure out to have just one full screen with audio. Is this possible? If so, how please? Thanks!

I want to say it’s in display settings.
You can even have 3 screens IIRC.

    Canada Eh!
Through the settings in the head unit you can select if you’d like it divided in half in thirds or in fourths

I already found where to divide it up into 2, 3 or 4 screens but there isn't a setting for one screen. Help?

Just tap the radio section and never touch the Home button again.

1st option: go to “apps”, “setup”, “general”, scroll down. Make sure “auto change to home screen” is off.
2nd option: push the “audio” button
3rd option: you can customize the home screen. Go to “apps”, “setup”, “home screen “. You can touch the area of the screen you’d like to change. List pops up on screen. Choose your choice. Might like it more with the customization. If not options 1 and 2 are still there. Hope this helps. Thanks

Audio tab for stereo or Apps -> Navigation for the maps. Mine does switch to dual screen on freeways, but goes back to single screen when I get off the freeway. I don’t really need the full screen on the freeway and the right side of the screen shows me what off ramps are coming up along with services available like food/gas/lodging. Useful when I’m on long drives

I wish you could set it to one screen only on startup but it is not possible as far as I know and it is extremely stupid.

I haven't really tried. I set mine to the 3way configuration, radio & weather on the left with navigation on the right. I just touch whichever I want to be full screen, which is usually radio.

So, if you like that cool. I do the same, if in multi-mode. The OP should configure, or at least learn to push a few buttons. My 19 does all those things. Audio button, if that’s all you want to see. Home, of you want the multi view, which is completely configurable. Apps, click Nav, if that’s all you want to see. Even at Home, split screen, click on what you want to see, at least on my JBL 2019.

My 2020 Pro always reverts to dual screen when I start the truck...Carplay and Audio. I just tap the audio screen to get full screen audio. Haven't tried to change it.
