Its been good. Thursdays are my first day of the weekend so I cant complain. I ended up bailing on my plans for the weekend but I get to relax at home with my pups. Hows your night?

I have basically no immune system so even the basic cold/flu can be risky for me. This is spreading way faster than a typical cold.

 

So how do you slow down it’s growth?

The mask will stop you from touching your eyes? That’s a full face mask.

I think people need to do what’s asked and be careful but I also think the media is pedaling in fear right now and that’s not a good thing either.

I’m personally staying away from people as asked but still trying to support those in my community so that when this is all over and done with in a month or so that those people have their businesses still.

 

My brother works in the Emergency Room. Even he or the other staff aren’t as spooked as the entire fucking globe. Besides, what @Kanyon71 said is true. It’s just a paper mask... not gonna stop you from getting this “virus”

 

As shitty as it is, self quarantine. But it takes everyone to do it. China managed to figure it out. They slowed down the spread of it. All these countries aren’t just having shut downs of everything to say fuck you im in charge. There’s a reason behind it.

 

This is my friends little girl. She has to wear them daily and can’t now bc people are panic buying. It’s to protect her from us. I also know someone with no nose, but has a prosthetic. She wears a mask too bc people stare and make nasty comments. It’s not even about this virus.


My point... you don’t know other people’s situation. In all this nastiness we could at least be kind to each other.

 

I didn’t say eyes but having a mask on would be helpful reminder to me at least to not touch my eyes too.
I’m not gonna wear a mask. But I’m also not going to be pissed off at someone wanting to “beat the living shit out of them” because they choose to

 

She’s a child. Children and the elderly seem to be the most affected by the current situation. I personally wouldn’t say anything or think anything if I saw a child or elderly man/woman wearing a mask in public

 

Oh no I’m not pissed at them at all. I just wish they would lay off and save them for the people who really need them. The biggest part of all of this that makes me mad are the POS people hoarding all this stuff trying to make a buck off of others. That just ain’t right in my eyes and for those doing that I hope Karma serves them a just desert.

It’s all good. We are being civil. I’ve got a really good respirator at the flip house if you need one. I use it for demo work so all that crap doesn’t end up in my lungs.
