Like X2! Except for the quarantine, already here and at work. Although due to where I work is balls to the walls for work and working 16+ hours a day reminds me much of the Navy. Which is not a bad thing...

I hope you realize that YOU are one of the main reasons for me getting the 26" :p

The JJ is one of my favorite grills and having the 26" I can now set it inside of it when I use it. Only disadvantage of the JJ is the "silver" type ash catcher. Being able to set it inside the 26" kettle helps put my mind at ease when running it. First thing I checked for

26 is awesome. 22 is awesome. All the webers are awesome
26 lets me cook two packer briskets so it helps me when there’s a big party.

next get a weber ranch like @Misplaced Nebraskan :anonymous:

Agree and even though started with Webers 25 years ago, or more actually maybe 30, wish I would had started sooner. Would have saved me a lot of money over the years.

I did look at the Ranch. But no way I can justify one. At least new and been looking for a 26" or Ranch for years here. Nada. Nothing. Besides Zach kills T-Rex with a Ka-bar knife and skins them on the way to the grates. In mid air. How the hell am I supposed to stay up with that?! That is a young mans game LOL.

Just wait until you get my age and you go to get out of bed and wonder what the hell you did to damage so many muscle groups while you were sleeping!

Down 30 pounds in 8 weeks now on Atkins induction eating meat and salads and also been beating the hell out of the bowflex. Oh and bacon. Lots of bacon.

But the main thing that seems to be helping me is physical therapy exercises that I have picked up over the years. Not going to say they are yoga exercises. Maybe they are, but not going to say it out loud. And will never go to any of those hippy classes for yoga. No disguising those that wear yoga pants to the grocery store and really shouldn't be LOL. But those PT exercises really help. The ones that for some reason fall under Hiawatha Yoga. Or so I have heard...

I think I've finally perfected my Smoked Unicorn Burger, friendos. 1 Tbsp Unicorn and 1.5 tsp of salt per pound of meat, 6-ounce patties, and a nice thick slice of Tillamook extra sharp cheddar. I smoke for 30 minutes then put the cheese on and turn up the heat on the Traeger to max for another 10 minutes. Results are consistent and delicious!

So Costco was out of pork belly, tri tip and brisket. I found some pork tenderloin. Who’s got some good recipe for pork tenderloin?

Wrap it up and smoke it at 250 until its done. I also marinate my pork in teriyaki sauce I make and throw some rub on the bacon before smoking.

Me personally.. I'd cut it into 3 pieces.

Piece #1 I'd cure and hot smoke into Canadian bacon. (I personally would use Pops wet brine but so many people have opinions about wet/dry etc) I've had success with both wet and dry but it would be a your own personal choice.
    https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/pops6927s-wet-curing-brine.110799/

Piece #2 I'd cut into thick cut boneless pork chops and make stuffed pork chops!!

    https://spicysouthernkitchen.com/garlic-parmesan-stuffed-pork-chops/

The last piece you can rub and smoke.. remember there's not a lot of fat so wrapping in bacon or a bacon weave will help with that.
