Found out what I ran over the other day

Especially if it was “ceramic” trail rated TP.

 

Fukin bolt. It sounded like a tap dance after I hit it.

 

Shoulda added a few more and kept ‘em for the winter.

 

I ran over a wheel and tire. Never saw it with the crappy headlights. Never would have happened with the led headlights I have now.

 

Not ran over, but it did flatten my AT tires on my '04 S10.

When I was dating my wife, her sister's boyfriend kept a Mastiff loose at their country house. I couldn't get out or it would eat me.
Two different times it bit my tire, flattening it within 2 miles. You could see the bite mark. And it was unpatchable.

Man I'm lucky. I can't even remember the last flat I got. Probably a nail at some point.

Got a flat the 2nd day I had my new Pro, don't know what from just a hole. Was the first flat I had in at least 20 years.

 

Just a hole? Big, small, smooth jagged, promiscuous? Details, man.

 

It was just a bit bigger than a small hole, kinda smooth with a jagged area, more like a slit leading to a hole. The plug slid right in pretty easy with not much resistance so I'm guessing it has been around the trailer park a few times.

 

A big ass bolt after leaving work at 2:00 AM. I work on the bad side of Inglewood, so I got my ass back to work ASAP. Was down to about 10 psi by the time I made it back.

 

I was heading down the road to do some inspections at a health clinic near Acadia National Park. BOOM! First time I ever had a blow-out. Changed out the flat for the doughnut. After I finished the inspections, drove to a garage. Hole looked small enough so that I thought tire could be patched. They found the Dewalt with bit in the tire. Decided not to patch.

 

Thankfully I always carry a small compressor and my
ARB Plug Kit.

 

I had a tree branch go through my P-rated sidewall and it deflated my tire in 20-30 seconds. To avoid that, I‘ve bought LT tires. Still have had a nail, screw and bolt on separate occasions puncture my million-ply E-rated tire’s tread @Stocklocker lol

 

2 lane road, car was turning left, I was being an impatient ass, went around in the grass, got a 3" Mac Tools knife in my tire. That's how I have a 33" duratrac in the crawlspace that'll be my son's tire swing soon. He's 3 and that was 7 years ago... guess it was all meant to be.

 

Nails aren’t unusual but check out this thing. It looks super old. I punctured my tire in the middle of nowhere in Baja last year. I fixed it with a plug in about 5 minutes.
I stuck it into an existing drywall anchor in my bedroom to hang a picture.
