Yes but, unfortunatly my wife lost all her side income with her photo booth rental stuff and cleaning, and i also relied on overtime (yes i know thats not good but it happened) to pay bills. So no overtime and my wife not bringing in anything i need to make some money somehow to continue to keep things paid. Thankfully im able to do that and have several jobs lined up already that should make up the difference

 

They are required by the bill the president signed to pay you two weeks. At least that is what I understood. You're out of work because of Covid

Thats not what they are doing. We are also in a foreign trade zone therefor normal laws do not fully apply to use in all situations

I agree, they may change it by the end of it. Its all good tho. We have survived with ALOT less before. Plus my personal supermarket(feild) is now open for business.

Ridiculous really. I think a lot of people are finding out who they actually work for during all of this. Probably already knew deep down but something like this just lays it right out there on the table.

 

we're all just watching our stocks tank and for Boeing to fall so far that someone else buys our program lol

 

Lol funny but not funny at the same time. Every single business in America will take a hit on this (except for grocers possibly). If our country acts now and shuts it all down for 2 weeks we might still have a normal summer. If it keeps going like it is I think we lose a lot of older Americans, some young as well along with outdoor activities like Fall Sports.

 

haha yes, funny but not. I think you are correct. I wish people understood what proactive means and would stop being reactive.

 

All those college students at spring break partying repulse me. Makes me want to vomit. Has to be the most selfish generation ever. Kids, only living in the moment and could care less about the 80 year old grandma they might infect. Sad. Truly sad.

Edit: Maybe not generation. Just those that are there.

 

I keep seeing them called millennials on social media. Pisses me off..

A company that truly cares is rare, all the talk from a company is either public relations or policies they can show they have if they need them for law suits.
