They assumably would be just like roving police. Maintaining order and making sure no one is out for no reason

 

That's what I mean, if they dont state that, that's what drive speculation. Much like this virus has a its going to kill us all vibe, due to poor communication. I learned more from an hour and a half Joe rogan podcast with a pandemic expert than from anything the media put out. Thats pathetic.
