    Naw, a 2000 watt inverter that doesn't pull more than 100 watts unless you did the 400watt anytime mod, would be fine. Just have to keep the engine running

    400 for about 30min. Everything cooked fully, but no crispiness at all and they were starting to burn. Even the burnt parts were soggy and not crispy.

    Followed the book that came with the frier. Cut peel and soak fries in water for 30 min. Drain and mix in oil. Then cook at 400 for 30 min

    I’ve never had good luck with sweet tater fries coming out crispy. Sounds like you may want to try a double fry though. Cook them part way then cool them down and fry again. It’s a method I use for deep fat to get nice and crispy with a pillowy interior.

    Interesting. It was our first go at using it so we went with something we thought would be easier. Next I want to do some pork chops since their out and thawing and I’d prefer to not screw those up lol

    I hear ya. Number one thing I love is bacon in the air fryer. 400 10-11 mins flip half way through. Super easy. :)
