    I placed an order for a pro grill garnish from these guys they emailed right back order received. The next day received shipping info so I kept checking usps for status all it said pre shipment waiting on item. So I waited 3 days no change so I emailed MC no response for 3 days finally on the 4th day they told me give it another 2 days and he would send another one right out ( I was pissed at this point but I agreed). So 2 days goes by and of course nothing happens. I call my credit card company and file a fraud charge they credited me with in the hour. So I just wanted to unload that I’d stay away from these ass wholes there customer service SUCKS just want you guys to know beware of them if you plan on ordering from them. Sorry for the long rant but I feel better

    if you bought on either I think you can give the some Negative rep maybe forewarn others, usually on Ebay if you neg. rep a seller they will message/contact in order to remove the neg. rep, try to mend fences with you

    If it makes you feel any better they did put this up on their FB page 18 hours ago. Due to the current circumstances id personally give them a pass on their poor service. Im sure a lot of people have ordered from them on here without an issue as its one of the top google results for a pro grill "Dear Valued Customer,

    no they didn’t reach out. I emailed back and told them they needed to work on there customer service never heard from them.

    that's cool, I got burnt a few times with EBAY and AMAZON, I neg repped the Ebay seller and got contacted about a refund to remove the rep. nope. with AMAZON they will refund you themselves to mend the fences, but they also warn to review the sellers history from now on. roger that Jeff Bezos:D

    im pretty surprised to see a lot of those AMAZON delivery wagons and the Usps deliverys staying on top of things in my Hood. just got mentioned on my news that you are not allowed to pour your own coffee anymore or use thermos mugs for refills at the 7-11 or any store, some crazy shit I swear never thought I'd see the day

    outside some compassion for giving a seller a break during these strange times:

    i have had problems with both amazon and ebay in the past. i have even had amazon sold products switched, which i caught before shipping, and they admitted no guilt
    but switched it back. i am talking about amazon here...bezos...i am not talking about a seller hosted on amazon.
    but amazon always had great customer satisfaction service and ebay was "good luck". not the case any more.
    if you have a problem with an ebay seller, attempt to contact the seller first and if anything short of total satisfaction, contact ebay cust svc and they will open a case, help you to file
    thru their mechanism and will investigate and eventually reverse things to your satisfaction, if necessary. the ebay seller can even wind up with a strike (too many and seller is suspended) as happened in one of
    my cases. imho their customer service is now better than Amazon's.
    relying on neg ratings is a weak way to go.

    I am not sure how to multi quote on here, but on their website they delete negative reviews, I have seen 6 reviews vanish with 2 stars are less for quality of product and shipping issues
