    Florida man strips naked after crashing into car, investigators say

    MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida man decided after crashing into another car, rather than calling police or insurance, to strip naked and make obscene gestures at the woman driving and the young female passenger inside it, investigators said.

    The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said Cody Hicks, 26, was driving erratically around 3:30 p.m. March 13 when he ran into another vehicle with two females in it, the Bradenton Herald reported.

    After impact, Hicks allegedly got out of his car, stripped naked from the waist down and obscenely gestured at them.

    Hicks was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition, the Herald reported. He is being held in jail on $2,500 bail.

    I read somewhere that it was in a Harris Teeter and they had to throw away all the produce.

    Just the thing you want when resupply is questionable at times.

    I wonder what they will be charged with when caught.

    There are laws for criminal transmission of HIV, but I don't know about infectious diseases.

    OMG, I can't believe Grandma was infected with Coronavirus. Oh how did this happen. How did it happen to us????

    I think I'd be tempted to blow them in. I'm on the fence if this is too much government, but this proves maybe not. When people are too stupid to listen, I guess maybe gov't interaction is best. IDK, it seems pretty simple to me. Stay at home, away from people for just a few weeks, and EVERYONE will be better off.

    Unfortunately I still have to work. Very fortunately we are on a light rotating schedule. If I'm not going or coming from work, I'm staying home. I have plenty to do that's always neglected. Now is a time I have ample opportunity to accomplish it.
