Took my OEM tonneau cover off for the first time today. I did this to install a front bed track. Also, I wanted to add some cargo capacity. So, I installed KB Voodoo racks that would fit over the tonneau cover. Also installed a cargo basket. I originally was going to use it on the Thule racks on the cab. Decided to relocate it on the Voodoo racks. Everything went together well. I will upgrade the hardware holding the basket on to the racks. Hardware that came with the basket is a little too light duty for me. @KB Voodoo

Did you just drill and use self-tapping screws for the lower track?

I presume you don't plan on opening your tonneau very often?

It looks close enough to the bottom that a second person could put nuts on from under the truck.

I have REALLY long arms. :transformer: Actually, the bars come off in about 2 minutes. I don't plan on leaving this setup on all the time. It will be good for the camping I do.

little bit of here and a little bit of that...
Installed Cali raised Molle racks. I gotta say, shipping was not good at all, lost a few screws because the racks are some what heavy and lefted openings on the box, and assuming it feel out during shipping. But got every thing to work, and the Molle racks are nice and works what I need it for.

I used 6mm rivet nuts and my TackLife rivet nut setting tool. Rivet nuts are the way to go. I think self tapping screws in that composite material would pull out over time and you also run the risk of stripping the theads when tightening.
