That’s what I said. Go get some in your hands and find one that feels right. If it don’t feel good in your hand you won’t be comfortable shooting it which makes it useless.

Too bad you don’t live closer @JennJenn i have a S&W 908 I would sell you pretty reasonably. It has the smaller grips like the lady smith but not as expensive. If you could find one close by you could probably get it for cheaper than most of the guns that people have been suggesting but it’s still a great fun. It’s a 9mm.

Yeah, that's always my problem. Everyone is always too far away. With everything going on I dunno that I should be out trying guns out and shooting ranges are probably closed now so I either gotta wait or if things get bad buy blindly. Just wanted something for protection and maybe pew pew in the summer time...

Ask around about getting the lock off your rifle, might have a friend that is comfortable enough to get it done without hurting the gun. Get comfortable cleaning and cycling the action then shoot the crap out of it. It will be a lot cheaper than buying anything right now.
My little brother is shopping for a 9mm and they’re sold out locally.

 

I just don't talk to many people locally anymore... my co worker said she would get a hold of me if her brother in law came into town to get the lock off for me but never happened... oh well. It is what it is.
