This is what all the online grocery shopping looks like.
So you go through and try to order and then they say, nope.... can’t do it.

The delivery thing is a new one on us, that's for sure.

We haven't done it yet, but "3 Margaritas" (Tex-Mex chain) WILL deliver margs with your order!

My co-conspirator here at work waited FOUR DAYS for his grocery pickup, at the local Kroger store.

Fry's (kroger here) only processes 100 "click list" orders per day. So the heavier the orders, the longer the wait.

Christie and I shop at our local Aldi regularly. Ours is typically well stocked and the produce and meat are much nicer than Wally World. We decided to try the online shopping last night with delivery to decrease our human interaction and it worked great. One of the items we found was a seafood mix Mussels, calamari, shrimp, and scallops. For dinner tonight I got it in my head to create seafood stuffed Zuchinni boats. I've never had them nor seen a recipe nor did I look for one, as per usual for me, I just started cooking with an idea of how i wanted it to taste and look.

@US Marine seafood stuffed Zuchinni boats and a fresh salad

Ok remember i had no idea what I was doing. I scooped out the zuchinni and chopped what was removed up. I put the actual Zuchinnis on a cookie sheet sprinkled with olive oil and black pepper and baked on 350. I sauteed the Zuchinni guts with half a chopped onion and 3 cloves of fresh garlic minced. I added the mixed seafood bag to the veggies and cooked until done. I drained all the liquid off and blended in 2 eggs and 3/4 cups of Italian bread crumbes for a binder. I stuffed the Zuchinni and baked for an additional 15 minutes. I sprinkled them with parmesan and put under the broiler to brown and they were done.

Thanks Rob. I almost never use a recipe. I was super pleased with the seafood it was wonderful. I never have any idea what I am doing I just look at what ingredients I have and think of what I want it to taste like and go from there. drives Christie crazy

Well at least the hoarders are leaving the mashed cauliflower alone. For now. @Martin64 this is the one I prefer when cutting carbs down to 20 gr. or less a day.

    mashedCali.jpg

Doctored them up with sour cream, grated some extra sharp Wisconsin cheese and cut up some scallions. Oh and grilled a ribeye for a side

    mashedCaliSteak.jpg

I'm with @snoope on the 'lil tomatoes being candy too.

If I can find some I'll give it a go. But I can cook fresh or frozen veggies, hit 'em with a shot of mayo and a sprinkle of whatever and go at them with nothing else. My latest is draining off a little water from canned spinach and hitting it with pepperccini juice in stead of just vinegar.
