Hey there PA peeps. SWMBO wanted to make scones for breakfast; didn't sound good to me until she said "there's a half pound of bacon in them." Mmmm good.

Deer eat them. You end up with popsicle trees.

It's true that there are different kinds and that not all of them are invasive. Wish we had one that wasn't.

 

Yeah and I keep forgetting what day it is.

 

I went out this morning to grab a small piece of trim I need to finish the pass-through trim in my kitchen. Traffic was non-existent. HD was moderately busy and people were maintaining safe distances. No TP and we were down to 2 rolls at home so I decided to hit Wegmans which is almost next door to HD. They were also moderately busy but VERY well stocked. I grabbed TP and Paper towels which we were both very low on. Also snagged Pork roll & cat food.
Went through self checkout and the attendants were wiping down touch screens between each customer. Again, folks were maintaining distance in lines and in the aisles.
I believe folks are getting the message and it was good to see.

 

They were low, but we’re in stock. Pleased to see that.
Also good to see limits being placed on how many you can purchase...

 

Finally!!!! This is great to see, still somewhat frustrating with the toilet paper thing, but I think people are starting to finally understand. The longer ya keep on pushing back, the longer this whole "self-containment / social distancing thing" is gonna have to go on.

*sigh*

 

Yeah I think everyone is starting to accept that it’s gonna be like this for a while.

 

Glad to hear Wegmans is very well stocked. The missus and I will try to hit the store this evening to stock up with food. just back from St. Marten and it's slim pickens in the food pantry. Glad people are settling in to the fact that Covid-19 is out there and not going away tomorrow. Take care all.

Ever since the NJ governor told everyone to stay home, I’ve seen more people outside than ever before

 

So far nothing has changed for me.

If your company is on the list to stay open I guess call and see if they want you to show up.

Interesting point can they force you to stay open if you want to hibernate ??
