Being stuck at home under CA Gov. Newsome's "go to your room" order for this covid19 mess, I got bored. So yesterday, I removed the gear shifter nob and took off the rear plastic portion, then color coded it to Azure. It turned out really well and since I had nothing but time, I was able to let it dry properly before handling it for reinstallation this morning.

Any rubbing? I got some when I installed my winter tires but that may be because I have 1.25" wheel spacers installed.

@MESO Gasshole, shift indicator vinyl, @tacos4cheap coin box and 3D glovebox letter inserts, start button ring vinyl, and cup holder inserts. I may do the start and 4x button rings if I feel brave enough to take that part of the dash apart.

What load rating did you go with? Those tires, in the same size, are on my short list since I plan on keeping stock wheels and suspension.

Added a wireless backup camera to the front bumper. 3CC3A796-8A2C-4859-BEB4-27A26DBEA799.jpg
It uses WiFi and Bluetooth to feed the image into your phone. The feed is a little slow. It’s a fun toy, but I wouldn’t want to have to depend on it.
Here is photo of the driver’s view through the windshield.

It's been a while since I posted updates on the rig. I wrapped the roof, installed the Victory 4x4 MOLLE panels, got the Victory bumpers fitted, added the CaliRaised switch panel and some additional switches, and got the Baja Design S8 installed. The winch should arrive in a few days.

Hey...I'm interested in these things, look pretty slick. Two questions; 1. Do you have to drill holes in the sidewalls? 2. How are they mounted (meaning sheet metal screws? Inserts?) so that the weight of the tools inside the box don't tug out the hold down fasteners when you swing it open or someone leans on it in the deployed condition?

You should frame that photo and hang it on the wall.
