I recently painted the bolts holding in my beauty ring black.. I can tell this will not last long as they are going to start chipping pretty soon. In the meantime, I’d like to find some that are made black and less likely to chip. Anyone have any ideas of the size and where to find some? Would somewhere like Lowe’s or Home Depot have these, or probably have to order? They done have to be the same head.. right now it is a T30 Torx head, but I’m not as worried about that. Just want them to be black and same threads. Thanks!

Every kind of bolt you could ever imagine. The problem you are going to run into is that those bolts are really short.

You’re saying they will be hard to find because they’re so short? Thanks for the link

That’s what I’m guessing. I would imagine there’s not much demand for bolts that short.

Gotcha, thanks man! I already see some that I think might work on the website. Not sure, will have to order just a few and test them out. Lol

Let us know how it works out. I may just have to spring for some blue titanium bolts. Make sure you put blue loctite on the bolts. The OEM bolts come with some kind of loctite type stuff already on them.

I'd take one of those bolts into a place that has a lot of hardware (like Ace) and figure out what the threading and size is on the bolt. They may even carry what you need. If not, then I'd go online and get what you need instead of just guessing and ordering a bunch of random bolts.
