    Updates: going on this week

new oem steering rack and outer rods

    new energy suspension rack bushings

Sent out a back-up set of cv axels for rebuild with extended boots and oem outers

    passanger fender, replacement

getting a quote for custom deaver leaf springs for a 1.5 rear lift on a 95-97 choices are very limited.

awaiting the 22rethan 7guage skid plate.

Fuel pressure regulator if there is time.

Thanks for the info! Appreciate all the work you have done on your truck, and the extra work to share it on here.

I have been gathering a similar pile of parts for my "quarter million mile service", though I don't have as much rust remediation. Need to replace all suspension and steering components, POR15 frame, new wheels and tires, probably will need to bend new hard brake lines in the rear, and who knows what other odds and ends. Clutch is still original and will need replaced soon. Just waiting for things to warm up a bit to tear into it.

Best of luck. I stumbled into this project with high hopes and no expectations it’s taken me down the rabbit hole. Most cars I’ve had I just modify but this one is a combination of fixing important shit and having fun at the same time. I’ve learned so much from this site just want to give back a little. Picking my suspension has been the hardest thing for me. As of now I’m looking at Fox 2.0 fronts 5120 rears with the custom deaver pack and hopefully upper control arms in a few more months.

i may be just sticking with the standard stock Toyota suspension parts (fronts & rears) for my older-than-dirt truck IDK, it is needing it sooner or later

for months now it seems i looked around at all the different options, probably the Fox's also like you are looking at .... i just got more confused the more i looked of what would work and what not so work and things got overwhelming on top of everything else needing done to remain tipTop

Same! But after 15+ phone calls to Fox arb polyperformance, wheelers, 4x4 parts I got ahold of Dave from toytech lifts in Colorado. He knows every combination of possibilities and made it very easy. Give him a call.

Get a new seat belt! I installed the new drivers side seat belt and man what a difference.
I didn’t have any luck getting the pretensioner repaired.
