I live in Washington State. Our gun laws are approaching California's. It sucks. My goal is to be self sufficient. Part of the reason I got into reloading.

    30 or 40 round?:D

mathematically the 40 makes sense. Not sure about the extra weight and height. Anyone with experience with the 40?

No experience with 40 rounders. But I have plenty with 10 rounders while only being able to load 7

For as much shooting as I've been doing the last year, I'm really considering getting into this. How long have you been reloading?

I'd highly recommend it. I've been reloading for a little over a year. It's a little expensive initially but it'll pay for itself. It was also pretty frustrating first beginning especially doing necked cartridges but once you got it figured out it's relatively easy. You just have to pay attention.

    I've relaoded 9mm, 10mm, 357, 45acp, 300 blackout, 308, 30-06, and a little 30-30. No real issues yet outside of a handful of dead primers.

You near Seattle? You're welcome to come by and check it out.

I've become the "Ammo guy" in my shooting circles. Lol

I'm laughing at all these fools fighting over the last box of Brown Bear. I'm sitting on over 40k rounds. No regrets.

Most people find that reloading doesn't end up saving them money because they just end up shooting more.

I can attest to that. I'm shooting much more but that's not a bad thing.

I'm out at least twice a month, shooting primarily 9mm, 5.56 and 300 black out. I would be looking to make quantity, rather than tailoring loads.

Yessir, Seattle. Thanks for the offer!

I'm in the same boat. I've only loaded one batch of precision home definense .223s with polymer tips. Other then that its all about volume. Progressive presses are the way to go. After the time to tumble brass and get it dialed in I can crank oit around 500 rounds of 9mm an hour.
