You should try hand tools. No sawdust after dimensioning. Shavings can't be inhaled and cleanup is easier and ,more thorough.

I was allergic to almost everything on the test they gave me. I now get 2 shots a week for it and dont have to take any drugs. Also have 2 dogs and 2 cats and am not bothered by them at all.

Yeah I ventured into that world as well. I had an 06 Evo IX SE that had kelford 272's, full bolt on, corn, tuned by Evo Dynamics (the guys that built the famous pikes peak wrecked evo lol) and a twin disk. Ran 12.2 @ 118 with a horrible 60 foot on all seasons. Ended up selling it to free up some money for an out of state move.

Yep. I was in talks with him and shep about a built trans for mine until I decided to move and sell it. I kick myself every day for getting rid of it.

IDK man, sounds kind of tight. I have two 2 car garages and a 3 vehicle carport and I don't have enough room.

I'll share my space. It's a 24x24 attached garage--16 ft front door, 8 ft rear door. I have 16 ft of work bench along one wall that the previous owner left. I put the pegboard up above it--a single 4x8 sheet cut lengthwise for 2x16 total. I also have two cheap tool chests that are nothing special but do the job--one old Craftsman and a Harbor Freight that I bought when I was in high school. Above the tool boxes I have a 6000 watt electric heater--if I run it for an hour or so beforehand it's just enough to make the garage comfortable to work in on winter days. There is also a subpanel in the garage--70 amp from the main. All lights are 3 or 4 ft LED shoplights or cans with LED BR40 bulbs.

I also have a 25 gallon air compressor attached to a Husky hose reel. Having a decent size compressor is awesome. It has no problem keeping up with anything I do. Also pictured are some of my Makita 18V LXT tools. I have a few of their drills, small impact, flashlight, grinder, circular saw, sawzall, and weedwacker. I wouldn't say I'm a Makita guy, but once you start with any cordless tools, you're kind of invested in that battery. I am happy with them and whenever anyone uses them they comment on the quality.

The laptop is connected to an Onkyo TX-8555 receiver which drives two old Onkyo speakers and some old Bose speakers under a canopy out back.

I try to keep frequently used tools on my pegboard. Common wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc. I keep some handy charts under the plexiglass on that section of the workbench, like a metric to SAE conversion chart and a dimensional lumber size chart.

General car cleaning stuff, paint, and some wood and air-related tools live on these shelves.

I used to park on one side and keep the lawn tractor, ATV, etc. on the other. My girlfriend moved in this summer, though, so she took up the space used by that stuff and I'm looking at putting up a decent size shed.

Nice set up. I really like that there's a drain in there too.

I'm told those aren't legal anymore, but because the garage was built in the 70s it's okay. It's handy when I pressure wash the floor.

Do you live where everything is connected to city sewer lines.

Maybe then I could understand about a french drain in the garage

If I recall correctly it has to do with automobile related liquids entering the local water table. Your mileage may vary.

No, there is no town water or sewer for quite a few miles-I have a well and septic. Maybe the person who said that assumed that was the case though and they are okay?

I have lived with them my Whole life .

As long as the water table does not rise so high you have water coming out your good to go.

Just be real careful of dumping any fat down them that causes no end of problems.
