    Morning all-

Trying to buy an OEM dirver side wiper on line but not having any luck searching (or confident what I'm looking at is actually OEM). I had the passenger side replaced at the dealer 3 weeks ago and want to keep the same (sorry for my OCD....they have to be the same kind now).

2017 Tacoma Double Cab Sport is what they will be going on if that matters/is relevant.

Does anyone have a site/link or ideas for purchasing them online?

    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers and stay safe everyone.
    Bryan

What kind of wiper did you buy?

Keep in mind that Toyota has the OEM blade and their budget Sightline version. Gotta factor that in as well.

hmmm yeah not sure honestly. I just went to the parts window and asked for a wiper. it was about $24 so im assuming it was the OEM. It looks like what came from the factory....

Did it come in a bag or a plastic pod?

Also worth remembering that Toyota OEM blades you can buy the blade (rubber) itself for like $9 and just replace just that instead of the entire metal wiper 'assembly'. Might be a moot point if you don't have anything at all...but for future reference.

That's considered an insert. The blade is the full blade assembly.

    Right full assembly - 85212-0E050
    Left full assembly - 85222-04040

    Right refill - 85214-0E140
    Left refill - 85214-04030

And if some previous owner replaced the full assembly with some crap Costco or parts store assembly, do yourself a huge favor and replace it with the OEM assembly. They're just far superior to the aftermarket crap. They don't wiggle or flex at all.

ok So likely Sight line. That actually seems familiar from what i remember on the package...i didn't even really look at it. I was there to get my 25k service done and said one wiper was bad. So i went back bought the wiper and then handed it back to them to put on (lame i know) so i didnt even really look at it.

Any good sites to purchase Sightline from? recommendations?

(and thank you for all the replies)

Keep in mind, if you replaced one of your blades with a Sightline, then the refill is no longer applicable to that blade.

Got it. I usually don't bother with refills. Thank you for the clarification though!

I am confused.. My wipers blades deteriorated after while, happens on every car. You folks don't go to any Napa / auto parts store a buy a set? They pop right and your done. Shit even Burt behind the counter will do it for you if need be. What am I missing
