My truck with the 2.3, equal length ypipe & headers, and a 3" exhaust was flowing around 345 g/s so its somewhere around 400hp at the crank

back the screw all the way out. You have metal to metal contact and diaphragm sealing. Then turn the screw back in just enough to put tension on the stop but you still want the diaphragm to be completely sealed.

Thanks I’ll give that a try. The ping is very faint I assume? since I’m close to installing I have the cover off. Should hear the valve better?

the metallic click comes from the screw hitting the stop. If you back it all the way out then that means there would have to be that much extra pressure to open the bypass. You want the set screw hold as much tension as possible yet still keep the valve closed if that makes sense. The ping is faint. It is easier to just close the valve by backing out the screw then turn in to just barely hold the tension.

Well the snout bearing replacement went really smooth. Got my hub on and snout dremeled down for the 2.3. And yup gave it some paint

Much more HP over the 3.0. It allows the blower to spin much faster.

Numbers are subjective based on the mods you are running. At this stage in the game the mod combos possible with a 2.3 pulley are too many to give you exact numbers.

My toyota Guru's Anyone have an idea what the torque value is for the 2 studs on the secondary air injection noted below? I removed them as it was easier to slide that BS off but since im in CA im tossing it back on.
