Yes, there are Toyo and Nitto tires made in GA, Just can't remember which ones. I am pretty sure the Nitto Ridge Grapplers and some other are made here.

Now you just threw me a curve ball. At this moment in time, one needs to support US owned. But then again BFG employs a lot of workers. The irony!

General Tire is also made in America. At least the AT2 set that is on my truck is listed as made in USA.

    Per Google:
Continental Tire, a subsidiary of a German company, makes tires in five states: Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas and Illinois. General Tires are now made by Continental. Yokohama, another Japanese multinational, manufactures tires in Virginia.

    I think I may step my tire size down a bit. From a 285/75/16 to a 265/75/16.
The tires are stuffed up in there a good bit when loaded, and I think I wanna give myself a bit more wheel well room.

The trailer could also benefit from coming down a bit in height. I have had this thing jump around a bit and you know it’s there.
It also sets higher than any of my trucks and is a bit jacked knifed unless I load it fully with 30gal water and wood.

This is how it sits on 285/75/16.
It sits higher than my trucks with these.

Get a hitch that you can flip around and adjust the height on. That way you can have a level trailer.

I thought of that. The real issue with that is I won’t be able to drop my tailgate if the trailer is attached.

That is a good point. I will need to look into that; well, when I make the trailer I want.

    Lift the truck more?

Nah, I support going smaller on the trailer.

Still need to get some use out of these shocks before I pull them. But it won’t be long. I am working the hell out of the leafs.
Gonna be getting a set of Deaver Stage 2/3
