Now this ought to be fun! Count me in for the 13th. I'll definitely try to make it out on Friday to stay the night (I gots me some work on Sundays.) My first time hanging out with ya guys ought to be fun as long as we can please keep it safe. Also, could we do a night run on the Friday night? I've only done a night run once and I wasn't the driver (Didn't know where was where lol.) Also, can "safe" and "night-run" be used in the same sentence? Thanks!

 

If we Camp out the Night Before. I will defintiely lead a night run And we always keep it safe son! The Socaltacomas crew is one of the best groups of tacoma owners you'll find! No other truck club like us!

No worries Greg , first off , safety & fun is our primary stipulation. I can't speak for other regions & the trail runs they have, but for our runs the San Diego group is a great bunch & we are effective weeding out the "Idiots" that think every corner is a "Robby Gordon " moment . We go out, we have our moments of adrenalin rushes, we drive fast at times. we also drive slow in the "ASS stuck to the seat" scary parts. But above all we do it safe !!! & we haven't lost anyone yet !! Welcome aboard !!

 

Thanks for ensuring my safety, guys. I'm definitely more worried when I go hanging out with people i don't know well but the way you guys put it, "weeding out the 'idiots'" has made me feel much more secure.

I wasn't combining the 3 bro' (night/fast/safe) but if ya wanna get technical,,, given the right skills, the right equipment, you can do all of the above. Personally I don't haul ass when wheeling at night & I rarely just flat haul ass anyway , but when I do its daylight & not around corners you can't see thru . Just sayin' you can't tell me its not safe

OOPS , sorry battle scars I mis-read , I believe you were quoting what the other guy said about using night run , fast, & safe in the same sentence as opposed to not being able to do a fast night run safely.....

 

Yes I meant that as more of a question but forgot the question marks in the sentence. Anyways if there is some people that want to go faster there can be a group for that which I can lead/follow whichever.
