How did the shifter covers turn out?

Not bad! Got some tweaking left to do but overall I'm pretty happy about it



Those little shifters have a loooong throw so the boot bunches up a bit when they're in the daily driver position

Got a bit more of the garage cleaned up, finally found the top of my workbench this afternoon. Got a few more things to move around but pretty much done with garage 3.0



Tomorrow I think I'll start wiring up the rock lights, then the cockpit lighting. New CB comes in later this week, I'll do that after the lights. Had to order a 13/16 tap for the crawl box temp gauge and a 3/4 drill bit to install the probe for the crawl box temp gauge. Not exactly excited about drilling out the drain plug on it but it's the best method I could come up with to monitor the oil level.

Got lots of time to get lots of little projects I've been putting off done.

 

Man just think if the internet and online shopping shut down during a lockdown people would go crazy

 

I would definitely go crazy. If they shut down Amazon or the mail and I can't get the parts I ordered I will probably die of boredom.
