    EDIT: Last time I jogged at 3AM was probably in Dhahran around Khobar Towers perimeter circa 1991. It was too damn hot during the day. Ran with my Duty Officer and we used to often discuss how the place needed a larger stand-off area around it. When the bombing occurred in '96 those discussions came flooding back to my mind...still bothers me some to this day. "Would anyone have listened?" I'll never know...
