Yeah, this happened right when the game came on, don't know if I was more pissed about this or the quick 5 runs you put up while waiting for a tow.

I thought that at first, and just happened to break down in front of an auto parts store. So went to buy a U-joint but wanted to make sure that was all I needed first, so went back out and noticed the shaft had broke where the joint goes in. I'll take a pic.

 

if u had 4 wheel drive u could have removed the shaft and drove home

get a one piece shaft and u can loose the carrier bearing
i think its a tom woods everyone uses but im not sure
some pros can chime in
might be able to weld it and have it rebalanced " but im no pro"

Well I'm about to kick some @$$ at Toyota, because I take it there for my maintenance. Sure as hell doesn't look like its ever been greased.

 

Man that sucks i guess you will grease the new every 3k yourself
