Vacuum sealed I've had them up six months. Hot water bath to bring them up to temp and they taste fine and consistency is still good.

13 pounder pre trim on a little late this morning. Having WiFi troubles again and I always forget to call GMG customer support until I already got meat on the grill...

I started getting trouble once I got my 2nd grill. I had to disconnect from server mode and use WiFi only. Hasn’t been the same since. Every single time I use it, I have to restart my phone. I’ll be connected to the WiFi and the app won’t recognize the grill. Idk If it’s my phone or what. I don’t have any issues like that when I use my girlfriends phone to connect.

but to answer your question, no I have not ran any updates recently

I had issues on my JB with the wifi after I updated firmware. I had to reset the wifi on it once I did it connected like a charm and has worked since.

I reset it the first time I had issues after I added my DC. It’s never been the same. It works, but it’s frustrating to work with when it used to be so simple. I think since I had to take it off server mode and then did the multi grill mode it kind screwed with it. I’ll call them one day eventually.... maybe will try another board reset and see if there is a firmware update maybe it’ll help

I smoked a few country style ribs the other day and we ended up chopping up the leftovers for chili in the instant pot last night and for lunch today... this may be the best chili I have ever made. The ribs were a touch chewy straight off the grill but after cooking into the chili the bits are tender as can be.
