Let's talk about the impending issue that Rob may face if and when the malls continue to fail. Can he get a bailout? How do we keep old people off the street? What will happen if he unleashes all that horsepower from those stickers in the wild?

 

This virus is stressing me to max. I have had to temporarily lay off a few people and scale back a lot of others hours. After today, I'll probably have to cut more hours. I feel terrible having to cut income out of people's lives or totally cut their income. Tough to decide who and how much.

 

A sad commentary on society when a liquor store is considered an essential service. Can't cut off the supply for those that need it.

 

I for one, am glad that I can drink, as I am essential, and have to deal with fools all day, want my break in the pm.

 

Maybe Hogan kept liquor stores because most are small businesses.

I'm good on pretty much every caliber except 7.62x39. I'm that guy that buys (or bought) ammo every time I went to Walmart just so I could avoid the lines at the front of the store.

 

That tractor is big enough that IF you wanted to you could get your money's worth out of it very quickly.

 

Do you plan on doing some excavation up at the property or quick flip ?
