    Boston, is my preferred team (since I was a kid). I only root for the Phils because I can watch every game and go to them a hell of a lot easier then the Bosox. Plus, there's Ginger...............:D

    MO my entire life. Nothing special about rooting for your home team. It isn't like the players are from my state, but I'm no front running fan. I remember when I was 9 getting my neighbor friend in trouble because he intentionally broke my Yankees plastic batting helmet...and only Jeter from the recent teams ranks in my favorites list with Mattingly, Winfield, Henderson, and Bernie Williams (I guess you could call Bernie recent).

    Never gets old being a Yankees fan and having someone tell you it is because they're winning and they only win because they out spend everyone, etc. They're my team and they don't do anything that every other team doesn't have the same option of doing.
