The tune he wants is on Flash Manager but he has an older version of FM installed. He needs to get FM version 1.3.0, Nov 2019, remove the old version, install 1.3.0 and update.

Thank you for the help. I got it done. It was my fault and stupidity that I did not know that I was not running the latest software. Once again, thank you.

No worries. It's a bit confusing with multiple versions, the latest version being a lower value. Usually someone on here that can point folks in the right direction.

My limited experience with the new throttle sensitivity was a good one. I didn't feel like the throttle was mushy. I felt like the throttle adjusted to the speed, and to each gear, accordingly. I also liked how the torque converter released much smoother (instead of holding on compared to the previous 2.0 beta). The truck's throttle feels more linear, or "even keel", compared to previous versions/stock tune.

The config version is the number of times OVTune has pushed out a tune patch.
The software version is the version need to look out for.
So if you are on software version 1.3.0, the config version will reset back to 1.0.0.
Since there should have been only one or two tune patches sent out, so it would be something like config version ex.(1.2.0)
If Final 2.0 for everyone is sent out it could become config ver. 1.3.0

you didn't do anything wrong, hundreds of us have had the issue. You'll need an additional piece of software (from Microsoft).

It doesn't do the quick shift from 3 to 4 anymore. Nice... Tip in seems to be about the same as the previous 2 beta.

Overall the truck feels very... normal, not like thing that has a mind of its own (how's that for a technical description).

Is 2.0 available for all years? Am I doing something wrong here?

    No and no.

The 2.0 beta tune destined for 2019 AT appears now to be showing up for the other yrs as well. However you will get an error if you attempt to download it.

This might indicate some further progress on FM. Don’t know. (Placeholder?)

That's not the newest Beta though, it is the old BETA isn't it? Look at the published date, it is from October 2019
