Yes and no. Some surgeries, if not done, will cause loss of life or limb or severe suffering. Those are all that we are allowed to do right now. When we talk about elective surgery in our world we're talking about stuff like knee and hip replacements (there's many others but easiest to explain) where the patient is uncomfortable and is experiencing some change in their lifestyle as a result but won't die or lose their limb if we don't go now.

 

You know bowel obstructions are elective too. I mean some people could skip a meal or two... but not being able to poop may be a problem.

 

Slow and steady wins the race sir! Best to start very slow and see how you feel. It's a whole new world since it's becoming legit in so many places. There are as many choices as there are are in the wine, spirit and beer world and its
