As far as I know, the 2.0 beta download page provides the most recent versions. Except for 2019s that is. A new version for 2019s was released through flash manager just a few days ago to deal with their potentially dangerous "brake override" and other situations.

For 2016 - 2018, the 19800 shift build on the 2.0 beta website that you are referring to is the most updated option. We're all patiently waiting for 2.0 final instead of pressuring Matt to release an endless stream of updates and patches.

I'm pretty sure, but it's hard to keep everything straight. Here's a screenshot from the Orangevirus Facebook page that implies there are no new 2.0 updates other than the one for 2019s that just came out.

Just did a 200 mile round trip on the newly released 2019 beta. The trip was mainly highway At 78 mph, up and down a mountain pass with a 6% grade as well as I can say that the 3-4 shift issue has been resolved and the truck drives as smooth as the first beta tune. I am going to have to get used to the tip in since the pedal has to be pressed a little more now to accelerate.

Will that be the case with 2.0 final? I REALLY loved the aggressive 1.05 "performance" tip-in, as well as the tip-in on the 19800 2.0 beta version, so I hope it sticks around as an option in the future. I don't think I'd like any tune without it.

Are the dongle versions available for the new 2019 04B30 beta test yet? I'm still seeing the following error when I try to download:

Have to say the older beta 04B31+-+2.0+EROM+91+-+Shift+Build+19800 accelerator felt much better than the newer beta.

Yes but the other two issues are definitely fixed. Maybe he’ll adjust it back maybe not. If not can buy the $200 package for self tuning and change it back.

Definitely the other issues were fixed with it, hoping the final will revert back the accelerator but everything feels great.

Put some more miles on the new 2019 5.29 Premium Beta. It’s a truly magnificent tune so far. I haven’t gotten any hiccups since I hit about 50 miles but will continue to test it (hard) and report back!

i feel like I prefer that one as well. I want to give myself more time with it tho to see if I can get used to this and like it. It just feels like there’s not much in the pedal at all then all of the sudden it kicks in and vroom. Instead of the power right at the get go. I felt other tunes that were deff too much in tip in. But never felt the 91 octane 04b31 4.88 2.0 beta tune was too much tip in at all.

Overall I’m super impressed with this new 2.0 beta 5.29 tune. Shifting and power feels very linear and engine feels strong with lots of power. Very happy.

Will we be able to adjust our own shiftpoints and torque converter lockup?

@pandonsf I'm sure you may have seen the above posts, but you might like the accelerator better while using the future ECT+D map? :notsure:

Back from another trip to some stores. Decided to not turn on ect this Time here in the mountains. Transmission shifted perfect. Would go into 6th but would come right back out on a slight incline. 3-4 is perfect now. The tip in is a little mushy but i can understand for rock crawlers. I have just adapted to press the pedal a little farther on start up. I have been a big fan of pedal commanders on all my vehicles. So i do like an aggressive pedal.
I even have one on my GF Subaru crosstrek. Makes the car drive so much better!
No problems with the tune so far!

I agree. I found the previous 2 beta tip-in to be perfect in city driving, this one is a little "lazier".

I didn't think the previous tip-in was too aggressive off road...

I really like the tip in on the 2019 beta, I was concerned that an aggressive tip in wouldn't play nice in 4 lo off road and once I got used to the change I think it is the best of both worlds.

Which beta version are you referring to, exactly?

The aggressive tip-in was removed from the latest test version, so your post is a little confusing.

The test 2019 tune. I like the new tip in. Its softer to start than 19800 but then ramps up.

    Right on.

I sincerely hope there's an option to maintain the more aggressive tip-in from the 19800 build. I personally don't think I'd run a tune without it.

Hopefully he'll release the dongle files shortly, so I can test it myself...

After driving it some more, I changed my mind... I like the current beta tip-in for city driving more than the previous one.
