For those running air lockers - Where is your compressor mounted?

 

I’ve been cooking more lately too with this quarantine shit.

Baked potatoes filled with cheese and pulled pork and a side of vegetables from last night:

We cook every night - even before the quarantine shit. Trying to count the amount of times we've gone out to eat since moving and it's definitely under 10. Baking however, not a strong suit but it's improving with this.

 

Damn! Under 10??! That's awesome! I need to start cooking more in general. Being quarantined I think helped jump-start that for me.

 

When my ladyfriend and her siblings were old enough for their mom not to be a stay at home mom anymore, she decided to become a chef at a hunting lodge. Then her dad started a farm and garden since he was bored (he's a surgeon, not sure how that can be a boring job but yeah). That, plus the fact that they're very Italian means they can cook really really well. Their mom pretty much taught them a ton of culinary things and she refuses to go out for food which she can make at home. I used to hate it because I would rather go out and enjoy actually eating out, but now I don't mind it. We make most things from scratch and 9 out of 10 times, it's super fucking good. And if it sucks, we just know what not to do for next time.

Here’s some ravioli we made not too long ago. Sausage and cheese stuffing. We then used the remaining stuffing for a calzone a few nights later. Managing all the ingredients to be used over and over again I was a hard one for me but I’ve gotten better at it.

 

Nice. I like baking. Going to try a new recipe.

Thanks for the reminder! I've got the stuff for two loaves and keep forgetting to mix it up in the afternoon so its ready for baking in the morning.

 

My wife says she prefers my cooking to going out. I'm decent. Plus, it's easy to please folks from the mid west who grew up on tatertot hotdish. She never even knew an artichoke until I served her one, out here in California.

That’s probably my half brother... He lives in Alameda and loves the scenario where he gets to play out his Fallout Fantasies.

 

OK. Even with multiple breaks and a lot of fuck offery swapping the drivers side LBJ and passanger side spindle still only took 3 hours. I should have had my wife take a photo of the play in the passenger side LBJ. At least 5/16th. Maybe more. I'm really surprised it didn't rip out on Fordyce.
