So, I’m gathering bits and pieces before attempting the “yellow wire” mod or more recentl/better the “yellow with black tracer” mod to allow the TRAC to function in 4-lo.

All I need is the 4pin connector for the back of the OEM switch and I’m having trouble finding one.

Even a buddy at the dealership couldn’t dig one out of the wiring harness bin.
    Wrecker was a bust also.

I’m hoping someone know a part number or has found an aftermarket clip that works.

    I’m open to other suggestions.

Here is the switch in question.

My OR has factory A-Trac but due to that, I have an electronic brake booster that is significantly different than the Sport's manual brake booster. Can you have A-Trac w/out the style brake booster I have?

    In a word: No

I get Trac in 4lo with this mod. Its like A-Trac but not as good. Call it the poor man's A-Trac.

My bad. I thought you were saying A-Trac but you were saying TRAC.

Help me out here, what are we looking at?

Is this the connector I need?
    I see 8 pins, not 4.
Where could one order one of these?

Bump this up as I’m looking for the same thing.

Got to be someone resourceful out there who’s done a factory look yellow-wire mod using an A-Trac button.
