So ours is nothing fancy and just has the cold water and I'd prefer heated. I rarely used ours before these past few weeks because to be honest its not positioned right for me. Anyway, maybe everyone else does and that's normal? I dunno. It's weird to me and that's my main reason for not using it probably 90% of the time. Now I'm probably 50/50.
