Just scored one from the navy exchange for $120. Problem is i'm trying to find a box for it but no dealer will sell the box without the sub in it. Went to another shop and they said it would cost me $150 for them to make me the same box. So i was thinking about building my own. I want to modify the design a bit to fit it in that plastic bin as i dont like the look of the metal if i take it out. Has anyone tried this before? I found the specs of the original box on the rockford website but would like to fill as much of that space and have more air for the speaker. I also plan on putting the amp under one of the front seats. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo

Where did you get that box or did you build it yourself?

talk to Mr Marv. he makes boxes. i've not used him, but it seems everybody that has has been happy.

    or make your own

this can be fun. i made one for my truck a couple of weeks ago. key is make sure you measure twice, cut once and have either a cicular saw or a table saw.
