    Yep. Same shit different year. Hasn’t had second gen stuff for about year. Meso even said he was gonna concentrate on 2nd gen stuff this year, had stuff tooling up for things to be ready in March.

    I know you guys are eager for an update..and rightfully so!
    I have been working behind the scenes on a complete refresh of map + dome lights. Both 3rd Gen & 2nd Gen..as well as the 4 Runner.
    They have been completely re-worked. From custom Molds, to custom designed LED circuit boards. Brighter and higher quality LEDS, dual color switching, and overall more refined.
    For the 2nd gen, Both the map and dome housings will be injected in the OEM GRAY color.(black is shown, these are just prototypes out of the mold).
    I will have WHITE and RED maps at first.. dual color will follow.

    As for the dome, It now has more led's than before (100 vs 96). Also, adding a user programmable button in the middle which will control brightness, and color selection(for the dual color).

    There is no competition for a brighter "drop in" LED interior light. It will be worth the wait, I guarantee it!
