Happy to help. You're going to love the covers. If you haven't already, spend a few minutes watching the install videos to get some helpful hints. Take your time and you'll be happy with the results.

G'luck my soon-to-be Clazzio brothers & sisters... make sure to do some hand/finger stretches before, during and after. Take your time and don't get discouraged. Promise you that the pain you're about to go through will be all worth it when you see your finished product: A Masterpiece! (and be sure to post some pics to show'em off!)

If you're getting it because you're thinking the dark grey is a closer match to the Tacoma interior, you may be disappointed. I've had both the dark grey and the black, and the black looks better in my opinion. The dark grey really is more of a medium grey. I believe they offer sample swatches so if you're not in a rush, I suggest doing that.

The dark grey is a match to the SR “cement” interior color. I am very happy with them.

Yes I went back and forth on black vs dark grey. My SR5 has the cement interior, grey door panel inserts, and the headliner is the lighter grey/tan color.

I was afraid the black would look too dark and the triple dark grey was currently in stock.

    I think it'll look good!

    Thanks!

My bad! I have a OR. Didn't realize the SR5 had different door panels. Enjoy!

I got the dark gray x3 for my 2020 OR. Wasn't as dark as I'd hoped (I'd probably just call it "gray") but looks nice IMO and the fit is good.

Install was kind of a pain but I'm a large dude and tend to get frustrated pretty quick on stuff like this. I think part of it is just because the fit is so tight, which I am thankful for.

If I was doing it again I'd probably wear gloves as I think I left some sweat from my hands on the leather. I assume it'll clean right up though.

Making sure the covers were not askew (twisted/etc) on the seats seemed to go a long way in things coming together easily. And massaging them once they were on seemed to help with getting the wrinkles out.

Looks good! Mine will be delivered on Tuesday. Should have plenty of time to install while I'm self distancing....

Here’s a tip. Take your time. Watch videos so you know what to expect and you’ll be less frustrated.

also there’s a long shoe lace type of string for the bottom of the passenger seat- careful not to pull one side too far or else it will slip into the seat cover. (Think pulling a hoodie string from one side to the point of the string from the other side goes into the hoodie.). Not a terrible mistake but guaranteed to kill some extra minutes fishing the line back through, and the release of some choice words.

Awesome thanks for the tip! Did anyone find that removing the seats made the install any easier? Read a few posts that said it did, others that said the leverage is better leaving them bolted in the car. Thanks!

I would think removing the seats would make it more difficult because of the reduced leverage as you mentioned. Plus the added time of removing and replacing the seats. It's really not difficult. Just watch a few YouTube videos and take your time. You don't want to rush it.

Congrats... you won't regret it. Except, maybe, when you're installing them... but when you're done, it'll be TOTALLY worth it!

I have seen were a few peeps have said they are a pain to install think I saw someone recommended putting them in the sun for awhile to help soften them up prolly will try that! I’m super exciting for these! I mountain bike and have som cheap ones in the truck now but the are not waterproof so I always put down a towel and when I take friends I make them change into dry clothes lol!

Did the headrests last night, finished up the seats throughout the day when I had some free time. Not bad at all. Fitting the backseat plastics over the covers was by far the hardest part. (If you don't do this, the back seats are pretty easy) Haven't tightened up the front seats yet, gonna let them stretch and unwrinkle in the sun and will tighten tomorrow. These are the dark greys which I think match the SR/SR5 Cement Interior great.
