I'd be all over that size if they were available in something other than MTRs.

Why? I love the MTRs. I kind of want them..but not likely I'll do it. Unless I decide to finally purge Franks parts to Igor.

Because MTRs suck in the snow and I want a tire that can do a little bit of everything. Yes, there's trade-offs, but I don't like going on a trip somewhere in the shoulder season and risk driving back in a blizzard.

Now if they start making Duracraps in that size...

Ice they suck for sure. Death traps. Actual snow I haven't had a bad time with. Hard pack yes.

Yeah if the dura fails were in that size that would be tempting too.

I'm guessing you've put buying a house on hold for now? I know you were looking pretty seriously a while back.

Still am although the market crash hurt my chances a bit. But there just isn't a lot to choose from here especially anything I can afford.

So still stuck in limbo. Chances aren't looking good either. Even if there is a housing market crash it won't effect my area much if at all due to the mine and location.

I know the feeling on affordability. Vegas has surpassed the numbers it reached pre-2008 so we can't really buy in our area comfortably. I kept telling myself how much I wish we would have bought back in 2016 when we first moved here, but with the way things are currently going maybe it was a good thing we didn't :notsure:

I know another housing crash is bad for the market, but I'll selfishly be kind of happy since we plan to buy next time we move again <1 year. Although we may be in the same boat as you when that time comes where a crash has little effect since the small town's economy pretty much lives off the air force base anyways.

yeah I think there are a lot of people that would love to see a small crash to be able to afford any housing. ha

But yeah, be isolated area's im sure.

Housing market usually lags behind the stock market. You will get a shot later in the year

The tire is the size I have wanted and the price was right for a test. Walmart delivered to local store $165 each. I know you like wider.

So I've been messing with the new version on LR. Whatever it is...v9 I think..sheesh. I've been on v5 forever.

Few things are nice about it for sure that are improvements. However, the Panorama and HDR functions that are in LR...not so good. I've been doing tests with the L/R Enfuse plugin(thankfully still works in the new version) and using PS to do panos. Way better. The built in functions just aren't as good. Not as sharp or clear and colors aren't as good. Will post some results.

I like the 1st and 4th picture best...

I somehow got included in the Adobe pre-release software that they send out but haven't really messed with it. I think they're on 9.3 right now. Somebody like you could actually help them fix what doesn't work well.
