    Smart kid!

They both have driven the Taco in a parking lot and did pretty well. I still can't get the oldest to try it on the road. She does love the Mazda that is currently killing our wallet for both payments and insurance.

If I had to guess, that doesn’t qualify lol. I’m just waiting for the 2.0 OFT files. Hang in there. He will get to you and if it’s anything like 1.05, it WILL be worth it!

Im sure youre chock full of proud father moments at this point haha, luckily for me my '18 will be well worn in by the time they start asking me to teach them how to drive it. And if they dont then i know i failed the entire manual community, theyll probably just bother their mother for the tundra haha...all i own are sticks, so they dont have a choice on my side of things.

Bet those who bought during the February sale thought they were getting a good deal.

    They were, and did.

After all, vF isn't available yet and at the time, it wasn't going to be readily available either.

I picked mine up during his black friday sale...i think it was 640 after taxes or something like that. It is what it is, ive been telling everyone i know about his current price...wish i could have scored a deal like that lol. But im happy with what i got for how much i got it for.

The only reason it is that price to clear the little inventory we have left. It's not remaining at this price. I have 15 left.

vF isn't going to be available for a while

Everyone who has bought it in the last year or so has gotten a good deal. The kit was $770 + shipping way back when when I bought it haha.

Anyone who isnt already aware of the situations that led to this, and want to try and be salty can go in the corner and sod off. Im certainly not moaning, and i know you have to be less than thrilled about a total operation change with 100 other things going down.

The chain of events leading up to right now is just crazy. First, hardware supply chain issues, software update issues (italy), Supply chain backlog, CoronaVirus shelter in place orders, Kids school closed for the rest of the year, 80+% sharp decline in sales, my wife's job, who she works for a company in California, has put her on a temporary hold / no work for weeks or longer... (and my daughter goes to a local private school so even with school cancellation, tuition doesn't stop). This isn't going to stop us, it's just changing some things.

All of this pushed our time line to transition to our new software we have been working on for the last 2+ years.

100% understandable, it is going to be hard for everyone eventually. Some are definitely feeling the effects sooner and harsher, ive been running 2.0 final since it dropped so all im awaiting is F.I. and im in no position to buy right now with the wife no longer working. This is quite the cluster we're in, working here with multiple suppliers from all over the globe....its not looking good and im in the steel industry, the supply chain is bound to be stressed and thats not good at all.

all the stories are just nuts. I'm saddled with private school as well, eesh. at least you can count on all the MT guys and a ton of ATs purchasing a vF license from you. that's a deal, too, thanks. kinda can't wait for this already.

Ill be buying even if just for future options, support the community or watch it dry up and fizzle away. Had it been more reasonable to tune my xrunner back when i had it, i may have kept it lol. It needed more and i wasnt trying to drop a pile of cash on something that at the time, had very little support for it.....short of ls swapping it and thats just....no
