Ever hear about insanity? i've heard it works better than p90x, plus its all bodyweight exercizes/cardio. I downloaded it but I've yet to do anything with it haha.

Whenever I went to college I lost weight. In HS I ate waay too much fast food, but now I barely eat any fast food. I think I got that backwards
