The thing with 245's is your pretty limited to tire height, 255s or 265s have more options. Though, I'm planning on going full pizza cutter with 235/85r16s.

 

I just installed this one from Bullet proof fabricating today and the shackle is a Warn 3/4 premium shackle.

Finally scored a cap! Got everything wired up thanks to some of the older TW threads.
still need to add some weather stripping between the bed and cap - what can everyone recommend

 

Did that unifilter mod. Thing came in the mail super fast - almost as fast as it takes to clamp on the filter and trash the old foam. Lol

 

Replaced power steering fluid. I do a full flush about every 50K Miles. Used Maxlife ATF as usual.

You can buy caps for the inlet of the resevoir in the "help" section of most chain auto parts places. Regular vacuum line caps will work.

I have had two bed campers. The best fit I got was first putting down some silicone on the front of the bed near cab (There is a thread about it, can't find it right now). That is where there are some natural holes for water to get into. I then used something like this

$19 Camco 25084 Camper Mounting Tape

https://www.amazon.com/Camco-25084-...ords=truck+camper+seal&qid=1585167359&sr=8-13 in a double layer on top of the bed rails/under the cap. I also put black silicone inside and outside where the tape meets the bed rail. They cap on and boom. The only water I got in was when I went through a car wash and that was very minimal and went under the bed mat.

 

Added a steering wheel cover today

 

a mod was made. at least 20 HP added. TRD oil cap filler mod
hardest part was getting the back part of the decal off- almost like the clean billet look better
