So at this point I have to ask: what am I supposed to do with my handheld order I placed on January 29th (and my $600)?
@OVTune you mentioned my particular order was in stock weeks ago and was shipping shortly but I have no news since.

I understand and agree that the world is chaos right now but I guess I would just like to know If I should just be patient or if I should get my money back?

Similar to my question I think. But I didn't get an answer to my followup question.

So in the future if someone didn’t purchase the VF software and say needed a new reg key for their stuff is that still available or is that gone too?

I see this becoming similar to XDA Developer site which is really nice. You have main developers like @OVTune contributing the foundational pieces and the open source community at large piling on with versions that give you specific features. As in other companies that have done this, it allows for some great innovation and customization. +1

You can still get new reg keys.

Handhelds have been shipping as I've been programming and been working through them. Your order will still ship as soon as I can. Before the end of the month.

When you purchase vF you will be provided some examples to use or guide you, what all this will be is not completely decided yet.

Features we create like single torque map, fuel tables, ignition simplification, etc will be available in the software for tuning

Last question, is this the same software you use or is it not as full featured? Meaning can the entire code be gone through with this or just tables?

@OVTune - Are the 2019 dongle test files ready to go? You mentioned previously that they would be available on Monday or Tuesday, but I'm still getting errors when I try to download them. I just need to know if I'm doing something wrong and whether or not I should keep trying today.

Only tables that we provide. Not the entire code, and not in raw format.

    Always down for

But we cashed out of CO a couple weeks ago and moved to OR. So that’s like 1200 mile drive. :burnrubber:

After that drive I just want cruise control to work like the rest of the tune.

This sounds a bit over my head unfortunately. Had the newest 2.0 beta and was just hoping there was some way to leave it 100% as is and just use the throttle adjustments that were with 19800. That alone and I’d have a single tune for life of my truck and no desire for anything else.

I’m not sure if it’s too late for a poll, but it sounds like that’s what needs to be done for a few things about 2.0 final. Especially if this is the last time OVTune will be putting out a tune for us.

Sometimes a hand full of over complainers can ruin a good thing for everyone else. I’ve noticed this a few times on here.
Just because you hear a lot of complaints or suggestions from a small group doesn’t mean they are the voice for the majority.

The saying goes, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. But sometimes that squeaky wheel is just crazy. :D

So confused now on which direction to go. Old school dongle guy with a HH flash kit on order for 6+ months.

Now I think I may want to release the HH and go this new direction. Will have to sit down and read some blog tonight for sure.

When will vF Tuner be available to purchase?
Specific date is not needed, a general time frame is what I am looking for.
