Keep it close and indoors. Mine was combined with some weed and booze. Those wore off, an hour or so went by and my buddy and I left and I was driving. Halfway there all of a sudden I say "oh fuck" he asks whats up as I see my eyes going through the steering wheel, firewall, everything underhood and am now seeing through the headlights of my car. Got home fine, but fuck

 

That's probably the one thing I don't miss moving from SC to PA.
Although at the time, they were far worse further south.
I lived in FL briefly (2 years) and you couldn't think of sitting on your lawn for a moment.

I’m allergic to weed... even alcohol sober, I take a hit I get get violently ill!

So about 1997 or so I’m hanging out in ‘Frisco with my late great gay uncle and he is gone to work and I’m a growing teen hungry as fuck! I open the fridge and there is the one thing I hate, despise, bologna! So I open the freezer.... I find brownies! “FUCK YEZ!” Fucking no! I eat them ALL, 6 hash brownies roughly.... I think I’m dying! I’m hang out the balcony window to cool down and catch my breath! No good! 4hrs of wtf later I fall asleep on the reclining chair of awesomeness, Uncle Randy comes home.... I’m out!
