    I dont know. I believe @MQQSE that he would end up in jail in that situation, but @TooTallJAMZ is such a nice thoughtful polite guy that he would charm the customers and get his way through intellegant word choice with positive body posture and facial expressions.

    Well I'm inclined to agree that people are assholes. Not all, but most. That's what triggered my 6 month temper tantrum and leave of absence. Not anything anybody in here did...

    One of the guys renting a space in my trailer park didn't pay his rent. He was always late so I didn't think too much about it. Until the second month. So I go over to remind him and find his trailer is empty and nobody has seen him. A few weeks later I'm told a family is moving into the trailer. They told me the guy sold them the trailer and told them the rent for the space was included in the payments. I've been trying for all this time to get the space empty so I can rent it again but stupid laws are against the landlords. Plus I don't want to kick this family out on the street after they'd been cheated too. Those spaces are my only income so it makes it tough. I could be in worse shape so I'm trying to keep a positive attitude.
