I have an old Russian gen 1 starlight scope. Pretty certain it's an old Soviet-Afghan war veteran but it holds zero and does its job!

 

Zenitco PERST-4. I think Spetsnaz is actually currently issued PERST-3 and PERST-2, though.

Edit to add: it's a slaved visible and IR laser, no illuminator. Ran me about $450 with 1-2 week shipping (international version of overnight shipping) from Ivan Tactical (known respected importer of quality Russian parts like rails and optics and stuff, basically the Russian Knight's Armament).
