I go in to Quantico for a few hours once a week, otherwise "teleworking" and driving my wife crazy while I buy stuff for my truck. Oh, and giving my face a break from shaving every day...that is a nice bonus. All I know is I need to get out of the house more, if only to clear my head and get more beer.

At least the moving companies are still working...have to pack up in a few weeks.

 

As beautiful as that is, there are much higher priorities on my list than a Defender if I had $155k burning a hole in my pocket.

 

Those are just magnetic panels. It's time to own it!

That damn slip of paper was close to one of the worse things I could see hanging on the door clip...not even an option for my department (business develop be slammed with multiple re-competition efforts)...my wife was supposed to go back to work this week, and was so eager to get back, while also dreading the separation aspect with our almost 3 month old. Now she is stuck teleworking with the baby and is furious my office isn't letting me telework (with the baby is always her rationale these days).

Oh to still be (mentally) living in 1994!

 

all the US papers I had seen so far for DOD and other places are generic without employee name, employee home address and place of employment. so they can be easily forged.

 

Interesting, mine does not included my home address...but the rest is all there.
