Did you get an email confirming your order when you placed it? Usually they send you confirmation of exactly what you ordered.

Not sure, I'd have to check. But the part number for the coilover is 883-02-025.

Doesn't fox use 13" springs. All the other brands use 14" springs....maybe that is part of the issue.

Their website is working fine for me. Although they dont show any Fox suspension for Tacomas. I think you need to contact Wheel Well and explain your situation. Tell them you definitely got springs that are incorrect for your truck. Id be concerned the shock valving might be incorrect as well, if those shocks are tuned for those springs you dont want them. It sounded like maybe you got in on a group buy or something. Hopefully you didnt buy some inventory they couldnt sell for good reason, such as the spring rate is terrible and nobody bought them so they blew them out at a cheap price and now youre finding out why.

They were having a huge deal back in august which a lot of people on Tacoma world bought from. It was 500 off if you spend of a certain amount and a 1000 off if you spend a certain amount. Yeah idk i tried calling the number they use to have in the emails but it’s disconnected. They also only are able to be reached via email.

You should be doing two things at the same time.

    1. Finding out the part numbers you bought and the part numbers that are on your truck.
    2. Constantly trying to contact them; phone, email, blowing up their social media, whatever it takes.

Its possible you ordered the correct stuff and they simply sent you the wrong stuff. Its also possible you got hosed on a shitty deal without realizing it. At this point, you dont even know what you bought(or tried to buy) and you dont know what parts are on your truck, you have to figure that out first.

At minimum, you're going to need new springs. So if the retailer you got them from is no longer available, you'll need to start researching the correct length and weight springs for your truck. Coil springs are not all that expensive, and easy to buy.

Yeah, most of their social media is dead. Their linkedin is gone. You are probably SOL. That doesn't change much right now though, you still need to find out what part numbers are on your truck before you can move forward. Easiest way to do this will be jack up the truck, remove the front wheel, unscrew the threaded adjusters on the coilover to unload the preload and that should allow you to spin the spring around until you can read the part # on it.

Worst comes to worst you can get new springs and get them installed. Shouldn't be anymore than a few hundred.
